When he awoke his phone had no messages, missed calls or e-mail alerts. To the average person a relief was warranted. But, for him, anxiety took form. Maybe she hadn’t awoken, he thought. Maybe she was preoccupied. Deep down he knew the reason. She was bored of him. He was terribly boring.
